Each meal feeds a family of 6 (2 adults 4 children) or 4 hungry eaters(think leftovers)! - Families of 2 or 3 people, find a friend to go halvsies with!
The idea is to have fresh food for each week, so we do not focus on "freezer meals", but a lot of the dishes can be frozen.
